2. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was done by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must identify the removed material, include your contact info, contain a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts, and be signed. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, the material may be restored in accordance with DMCA guidelines.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy
